Forum Rules & Regulations
YOU MUST use your EXACT in-game username for Registrations, failure to do so will prevent account activation!
Do not spam
Defined as the unwanted advertisement for goods or services and/or other web sites or posts with little or no relation to the content. Also includes posting or sending excessive amounts of the same content.
Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, server, business or forums etc.
Your account will be banned permanently and your posts will be removed.
You are not allowed to post or spam '-' (minus) or '+' (plus) posts such as -1 or +1 and below or above respectively. There is already a reputation system in place, which can be found on the right side of each post. Please use that!
Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of users and reposting content of previous posts
Do not troll
Defined as the attempt to harass through posts, images or threads to evoke a particular emotion in order to receive a negative reaction from other users and intentionally cause problems
Do not troll the forums with links, images or videos etc.
Your account will be banned permanently and your posts will be removed.
Do not post copyright-infringing material
Do not upload, attach or post any copyrighted material which you are not allowed to redistribute (subject to the licensing terms of the specific item). If you have a question about the permission to post or attach an item, please ask an administrator.
We do not accept posts related to illegal activities such as hacking and spam.
Any posts or threads found in violation of this rule will be edited or deleted and the poster will be warned or possibly banned at the administrator's judgement.
Do not post any offensive material, such as links, images or videos
Do not post anything that is offensive, hateful, racist, sexist, discriminatory, vulgar or in violation of local or international laws.
Remain respectful of other users, administrators at all times
All posts should be professional and courteous. You have every right to disagree with your DGZ community members and explain your perspective.
However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, mock or belittle them or the quality of the DGZ community. It does not matter what title or power you hold in these forums or the DriftGodZ servers themselves, you are expected to obey this rule. Doing otherwise will get your account banned temporarily or permanently if the situation becomes severe enough (this will be left to the judgement of the administrator team).
For example, phrases such as “idiot, bitch, shut up, dumbshit”etc, are examples of problematic posts. Alternatives include “I disagree with what you said for the following reasons...” Please remember to remain mature and thoughtful at all times.
Signatures
Signatures may contain up to a maximum of five lines of text (small or normal size) or one image. Signatures must abide by the regulations of the 800x200 (800 width x 200 height) size and only one per person.
You may not include links or images of an offensive, hateful, racist, sexist, discriminatory or vulgar nature in your signature.
Any signatures found in violation of this rule will be edited or deleted and the member will be warned or possibly banned at the administrator’s judgement.
Avatars Avatars must abide by the regulations of the 200x200 (200 width x 200 height) size and only one per person.
Must contain no animation and must contain no offensive, hateful, racist, sexist, discriminatory or vulgar image.
Any avatars found in violation of this rule will be edited or deleted and the member will be warned or possibly banned at the administrator’s judgement. Avatars are subject to the same conditions as posts and signatures, with respect and decency.
